Net loss for the third quarter of 2026 was $20.4 million, including restructuring charges of $19.2 million. Net loss for the third quarter of 2025 was $7.6 million, including restructuring charges of $3.5 million. Excluding these special items and their related tax impact, adjusted net loss was $2.1 million in the third quarter of 2026 compared to adjusted net loss of $4.4 million in the third quarter of 2025. The year-over-year improvement was driven primarily by lower compensation related expense, savings related to manufacturing and purchasing efficiencies, lower selling, administration and engineering (SGA&E) expense, and lower customs, duties and tariffs. These positive factors were partially offset by increased material costs, general inflationary pressures, and unfavorable volume and mix.
Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of 2026 was $52.8 million compared to $53.3 million in the third quarter of 2025 as lower compensation related expense, savings related to manufacturing and purchasing efficiencies, lower SGA&E expense and lower customs, duties and tariffs partially offset higher material costs, continuing general inflation, and unfavorable volume and mix.
New Business Awards
