On November 3, 2026 , Accel Entertainment, Inc. ( the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the three months ended September 30, 2026. A copy of the Company's press release is attached and furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
